Terms of Service (Pinon Foods Hub)
At Pinon Foods Hub, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return policy below before making a purchase.
1. Non-Returnable Items (Food Products)
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, perishable food items, and opened food products cannot be returned or refunded.
2. Eligible Returns (Food Items)
You may request a return or refund if:
You received the wrong item
Your item arrived damaged or defective
The product delivered does not match your order
Important: Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Non-Food Items
Non-food items (such as kitchen accessories, packaging items, or merchandise) may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
The item is unused and in its original packaging
The item is in re-sellable condition
Return shipping costs for non-food items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by Dutch law.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
Gift cards remain valid until the balance is fully used or until the expiry date stated (if applicable).
5. How to Request a Return

Clear photos (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and respond with instructions.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days after approval.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Pinon Foods Hub.
